1. Terms
Folksr, Service - application and service at http://folksr.com
Provider - entity that owns, hosts and provides Folksr
User - person who have chosen to use Folksr
T&Cs, Conditions - this agreement

2. Acceptance of T&Cs
Any User using Folksr acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agreed to T&Cs.

3. Responsibility
Folksr comes with absolutely no guarantee of availability, data persistence or any other service level to any User. User is acknowledged to use Folksr at own risk with no responsibility of Provider. Any User providing content to the Service acknowledges his/her responsibility for possible damages to any party. Folksr cannot be held responsible for any content provided by any of Users.

4. Breach of T&Cs
User who has breached T&Cs or committed serious misconduct may be refused the Service without prior warning. Provider reserves the right to undisclose any explanation of Service termination.

5. No waiver
Provider may refrain from terminating the Service upon Conditions breach. This does not imply that Provider waivers the right to do so at later date.

6. Who may use
Folksr may be used by any individual, non-profit or for-profit organization except these enumerated in point 7.

7. Who may not use
Religious organizations, governments, authorities, financial organizations, organizations recognized for using or supporting violence.

8. Restrictions on content
User can only submit content that is legal within his/her jurisdiction.

9. Termination
Service may be terminated by User or Provider at any stage. The content submitted to Folksr can be revoked upon request.

10. Warranty
Service is provided "as is" without any warranty to any party. Provider does not guarantee availability of Folksr, neither is responsible for any potential loss caused by outage, takedown or service termination.
